Rebecca holds an Honour’s Bachelor of Science with a double-major in Biology and Psychology from Western University. She is currently embarking on a Program in Clinical Trials Management at Western.
Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree of Medical Sciences in 2022 and Master’s degree of Epidemiology in 2024, both at Western University. She has a passion for mental health research and is interested specifically in psychological and epidemiological investigations of suicide trends. Her thesis project focused on the association between social connectedness and decreased suicide ideation in Canadian older adults.
Jason is a clinical psychology PhD student at Western University. His research predominantly focuses on mechanisms maintaining and exacerbating self-injurious thoughts and behaviours.
Genny is a graduate student in the clinical psychology program at Western University. She received her Honours BA in Psychology from Queen’s University in 2019. She is interested in suicide prevention and understanding suicidality in different populations.
Jordan graduated from Western University in 2023 with an Honour's Specialization in Psychology (and second major in Philosophy). He will graduate in Fall 2024 with a Diploma in Clinical Trials Management, also from Western. He is interested in pursuing further graduate studies with a view towards therapeutic practice rooted in humanistic and existential therapy, especially meaning in life.
Paige is a graduate student in Epidemiology at Western University. She received her honours Bachelors in Public Health with a minor in gerontology. She is interested in chronic disease research and suicide prevention in older adults.
